Fuel tank sender
Can a 1956 Ford 12v original fuel tank sender be made to work in a 1948 Ford with 6 volts?

Re: Fuel tank sender
No.
I don't think so as the gauge and the sending unit have to operate on the same principles of operation and voltage. Give these folks a call to find out for sure.
