Question Resurfacing AA Brake Drums

It is my understanding they have to be ground down. Now a days, who does this type of work?
Any correct information will help.

Thanks...

BCHOPPIT (?) who posts here can do A drums and arc shoes, he's in Torrington, CT, I believe. Try PMing him or maybe he will see your post.

I do Model A drums and arc the shoes all the time. I have not had to do an AA Drum yet. I will need a post to hold it and see if my Aamco machine will go that big. If it does work I can do them for anyone needing the service. The problem is shipping as these drums are HEAVY.
