Not looking at the station wagon tail light brackets, the tail light housings, lens, and lens stainless rings are 1935-1936 Ford tail lights.
Do a Google search on 1949 Ford Station Wagon tail lights and you will see what you are looking for.
Matter of fact the wagon tail light housings are the same from 1936 on up to 1951.

It's not the tail light housings I'm looking for its the separate signal light housing that mount lower just above the bumper, 51 was the first year for factory installed signal lights, i have single stop/tail light and two signal lights down below which are mis-matched

I don't recall ever seeing lights like that on a 51 woodie.

Not original Original lights are on a bracket that folds so lights are visible with tailgate down. Lights are teacup style. You have the same on driver's side.

Is this car originally from Canada or USA? It may make a difference
of what was from the factory.

Most factory signal lights are integrated with the stock tail lights. They are part of the stop light system.

Those are aftermarket lights. You have the single stop light - stock. The aftermarket were installed for turn signals and dual brake lights.
I've seen them in a few configurations.

Yes, to have turn signals on your woodie, you need the second (passenger side) tail light assembly.
Or adapt individual lights to be the turn signal lights. (like what you have shown in your photos)
