38 Ford club convertible
Need measurement ;we are restoring a 38 club convt. purchased a rear tail pan from EMS.[lower panel under the trunk lid ] which does not fit well .Would some one with a coop or convt please take a measurement of the width from one edge to the oposite, above the bumper filler openings and below the big bead that is just below the trunk opening .This panel seems to be close to an inch short on each side where it is to meet up with the fender inner edges Thanks John.

Re: 38 Ford club convertible
I get the same measurement...40 3/8 inches on a '38 club coupe.
Just a thought....maybe you have the wrong rear fenders for this car? If it's off by an inch on each side, maybe you have sedan fenders??? Just a thought. |
