Default Head bolt leakage

I have a tendency to mess with something until I break it! My 36 truck is “done” but seeps a little anti freeze out of a couple studs. It’s very minimal and I almost have to really look to find it. So far I’ve but about 75-100 miles in it in 2 years. Should they just be left alone and wipe off any anti freeze if it pops up? Could this problem fix its self?

Offy heads torqued at least to 35lbs, that’s as high up as I’ve made it checking the torque.

You should probably go to 45 ft-lb. Generally the little leaks around studs will stop in a few hundred miles. Mind did.

drollston has it the same way I see it. Do 'em up to 45 and just wait. Leaking studs in a new build have a tendency to seal themselves when tightened correctly and given a bit of time, IMHO.

Do head studs get tighten when the engine is cold or warm, does it matter?
