Default Another MGB Shock Question

Sponsored Links (Register now to hide all advertisements)
Hey guys,

So I'm about to install some Armstrong shocks on my Model A Town Sedan. Funny enough I actually sold my old MGB for scrape 3 months before I bought my Model A lol. Had I know I would have scavenged the shocks from it before I got rid of it.

I have searched all the post on the topic of MGB Shock on conversion and I have two questions for those who have put them on their Model A.

1. When putting them on the fronts of a Model A, have you had issues with tie-rod bar hitting the bottom of the shock on a big bump.

2. Can someone please post a photo of the the Armstrong shocks on their rear? What Arm did you use to attach them to the rear axle balls? Original Armstrong arms bent or something different?

I'm going to do a write up on this once I get all these questions answered!

Thanks
David
