Default Missing out on acceleration at lower RPM's

I have a problem with my 39 DeLuxe. It seems to be starved for gas on acceleration at lower RPM's. I found a vacuum leak in my wipers and repaired it and it ran much better. I still have the problem at lower RPM's, but it is better than it was. It accelerates fine at higher speeds. How do you check for vacuum leaks with carburator cleaner? I have gone through all of my electrical components and have had the carburator rebuilt. Other than it coughing out at low RPM's it runs perfectly.

Have you put a vacuum gauge on the wiper vacuum port?
