Default rubber seal bottom widow/door?

Is there a rubber seal that goes inside the door to keep rain out? See photo

The rubber channel that the side glass is inserted into before installation of the glass into the steel channel that connects to the riser mechanism has a flap on the outside that serves that purpose (to an imperfect extent). That water that does enter exits through drain holes in the bottom of closed car doors (which should be kept free of debris).
