New to the Barn
I have been snooping around for a bit and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jeremy and I live in Zeeland, MI. I have wanted a late 30's flathead since I was a kid helping my Dad work on his 1949 Tudor and 1941 1/2 Ton PU. This past June we were able to buy our first early Ford! It is a 1939 Ford Tudor Standard with the 85HP flathead. It is pretty much stock except for duals with Smitty's. Love that sound!! Have a few other cars in the collection including a couple Triumph GT6+'s, couple early VW Scirocco's and my Grandfathers old Suburban. Recently sold my MK1 Austin Mini. Love all kinds of cars and buy them to drive em'. Been a member of the VMCCA for a few years and enjoy touring with my family as well. Glad to be part of this community and learn more about these great old Ford's and the people that love em' like I do!
Cheers, Jeremy |

Re: New to the Barn
I had complemented this car earlier. I just bought a 39 Deluxe, one of my faves, but I really like your car, too. I saw a 39 Standard woodie a couple of weeks ago.

Re: New to the Barn
Welcome from New Zealand down here in the South Pacific . Nice car. I've always liked the GT6 as well -sort of like a mini E-Type. My first car was a a Mark I Mini -I should never have sold it! -Karl
