You can make you own a bolt 5/16 5 " long grade 5 or 8 course thread with shoulder on top cut to length and use fine die cut your own thread. That's what I'll do.

Same gaskets fit metal and cast. The only difference you may run into is that the gaskets for late steel covers had tabs on them. Just cut off.
