Berts not answering calls?

I've been trying all day to get them on the line. No luck with phone lines and even emails. Anybody know the reason?

I just placed a order today and it shipped today, maybe they are busy catching up from being off sunday and monday.

Maybe. That's what I was hoping to do also. Call and order early to get it shipped early but no luck.

I am not sure, but last night I think I saw Steve (of Bert's) with Elvis, in a casino in Reno. They both got into Elvis's Pink Cadillac and drove towards Los Vegas.

But then again, it may not have been Steve. (I had had a 'few')

as long as he wasn't with Jimmy Hoffa....I still need more parts. We all know Elvis is still alive.

I talked to Steve last Friday and he said he was taking this week off, so maybe he is in Las Vegas! I suspect there is a helper there taking orders, but they are short handed.

Have you tried ordering online? Usually if I order in the evening they have my order shipped the next morning. Same with Snyder's. Both are real fast at getting orders shipped but Bert's is closer.

This is spring break week in Colorado....also closed on Mondays

Yeah Steve is off this week I did get them on the phone and order is on the way great place Steve deceives a break hope it's a good week off

Some old farts like to hear a voice on the other end of the line. I for one crave that voice, especially if it's a male voice. Female voices almost dominate every conversation I have. Steve's, Larry's and God's voice are all I hear over the phone and right now, Larry is down with bronchitis, Steve is on vacation. God sends his blessings to all those here on the Barn.
