Put them in the floor behind the seats. Bolt belts to the floor. DO NOT BOLT to the frame.
Use some large washers on top and under the floor.If you bolt the belts to the frame and there is an accident and the body is separated from the frame. the result is not good.

If you want three point belts take a look at Julianos tech section. They have a special seatbelt site also.

For my 3-point belt set (shoulder belt) I discovered in my '47 Coupe that there is a +- 3/4 inch vertical slot between the body door frame and the body rear window frame behind it. My belt kit came with a 3/4 inch bolt and an anchor plate for the shoulder belt. I was able to remove the upholstery and slide the bolt with anchor plate upwards in that slot to the proper height, anchor it, then reinstall the upholster strip over it.
