For two days I have tried to contact them by phone and web site. Every 800 or 877 # they advertise rings thru but then all the " push 1,2,3,4 & 5 options tell me they are bad. Anyone else have this problem or is it just my Maine phone service. From their web site I get a response but only to tell me to call them. Quite puzzling.

Are you using a landline? I had a friend try to call a brake booster rebuilder on his smart phone,he was getting the same thing.We used my landline and it was OK.I sell some junk on Craigslist and while people can call me OK,if they try to email me from a smart phone it goes to spam.
