That will give you all of the color combinations used on the '28 Sport Coupe.

Instead of just words of color names in a table, you might want to get a copy of the Paint & Finish Guide. In addition to the tables, it has pages of paint chips in it that show you what each color looks like.

You can't always trust photos online to look correct. The lighting and other factors can change the look of a color.

Good Idea. The Paint and Finish Guide has everything you need to know.

All cars and trucks left the factory in 1928-1930 with black wheels. But it was a common practice "back in the day" for the dealer to paint the black wheels the same color as the pin stripe, at extra cost, to dress the car up a bit.

So it is common today to see restored cars with the wheels painted to match the pinstripe. But it is your option. You can also go with black.

In 1931, because sales were down during the Great Depression, Ford started painting the wheels of a few deluxe models in a color to match (or look similar to) the pinstripe. The dealers had been doing it for years, so Ford did it at the factory for a few fancy models. The rest of the 1931 models had black wheels when leaving the factory (which some dealers painted over).

Hope this helps.
