Default Torque nut bolt settings

Is there a source of recommend ft. lbs ? I know (from where?), it is recommended 45 lbs. for the intake/exhaust manifolds.

How to Restore your Model A Vol6 pg 72 and Restorer Sep/Oct 1976 Vol 21 Issue3 also depends on condition of nuts bolts etc.
