Thumbs up Fix rusted roadster windsh. frame/how to

I used a box tube of 5/16in. ID,cut off one side giving me a chanel that is good for glass. With a 4in. grinder remove the rusted out chanel part so I can put in needed new chanel. Welding with a wire welder by tackind carefuly to set,and then fill slowly, rust will burn away and you fill back in very slowly with just tack after tack and grind smooth after
This a way to fix them if like me you don't wish to buy a new one, or fine and pay fore a very good one. I have time, just not lots of $,so go this way.

Cool way of fixing a bad spot on your windshield! I wish I had the talent let alone the tools to do such work. Please send in some pics of the work when your finished.

Wow, I'm impressed. That's a lot of delicate work. I'd rather save my pennies.
