36 rumble seat hinge installation
The hinges are asymmetrical. How do they go on the rumble lid. Also, is there a pad between the dash and body? Getting ready to put this baby together.

Re: 36 rumble seat hinge installation
Jimmy, Here are some photos of the rumble lid hinges in place and close up. The hinges should be marked with a part number as shown in several images. Part # 48-713570-B is the Right hand hinge and 48-713571 is the left hand..

Re: 36 rumble seat hinge installation
In answer to your second question regarding dash and body padding, there is a Front Belt Embossed Cardboard with trim. In 35 the cardboard was trimmed with Grey Brown Veal grain material and in 1936 it was trimmed with Brown Fine Colonial Grain Leaf.
