31 chassis with older rebuilt diamond block engine. .30 pistons, has high compression police head. Motor currently has head and pan removed for inspection. Really good frame, has two tooth steering sector and tube, transmission was also gone through years bac, front and rear end components, has roller wheels and tires, exhaust and intake manifolds, comlete exhaust system.
