New to the forum and the Model A world. I had problems shifting after changing the oil to Mac's 600w oil, When I removed the shifter I saw lot's of foam? I had only run the car for about a minute to get it onto place to do the work. I ended up putting Amsoil SAE 250 into the trans - so far so good...I haven't seen this mentioned yet...Maybe I have missed something - feed back is appreciated

I use the 680 oil from either Chevron or Mobil. I use it in my the steering box, trans, and differential. Never any foam or problems. My trans shifts well with the 680...
