Default Seat Frame Question

Late 31 Tudor Deluxe

I have both front seat frames. One has the base brackets riveted to the seat frame and the others are not. The brackets that are not riveted have threaded holes where the ones that are riveted to the seat frame do not.

Can someone please help me in identifying which side each frame is for. Are both the brackets supposed to be riveted to the seat frames?

Thanks in advanced!

If it is a true, factory deluxe the seats are of different sizes; the larger being the drivers. Same as a late Victoria.I can’t tell much from your pictures but I see the correct “flap” on the lower back frame. The lower bracket is attached to the upper frame by rivet. It’s a wagon box rivet; I’m sure you can identify by the one that’s riveted
More pics would help.
Send them to [email protected] and I’ll try to help if someone else doesn’t post

i will add on what Bill said, the 32 seats are the same size as the 31 drivers seat but they have a bolt and nut not a rivet. also the lower back panel only has one clip in it to hold the rear spring in place not two like the 31,

they look correct, are they two different widths.

They look correct to me. I have some originals and can provide measurements if needed.

Thanks for the help. Another question - Should both seat frames have the lower brackets wagon box riveted the upper frame?

I’ll add that wagon box rivets are a bit scarce…at least for me.
They are not truss head rivets; bigger head.
