Default Model T coupe Q

How do you remove the lower panel below the trunk lid? My panel was so rusted I had to cut the panel apart to work with. . Now what's left is a small piece that looks to be tucked around and behind a frame flange. Is the an easy solution? Thanks.

You need to post on the Model T forum, not here. This section is not for car questions.
