Default 31 S/W Fordor Kick Panel Retaining Clips

Anybody have a picture of where the A-40555-Cl Kick Panel Retaining Clips go. My old ones were rusted away & I don't have any pictures when I was taking the car apart. Car is S/W 160B
I have the new clips but don't know what to do with them

Here are some pictures I took today of the kick panel & where I think the retainer clip goes. Not sure how they were mounted to the floor. Right side pict is without panel installed

Does this look right?

that is where they go BUT you have it backwards the two holes in the clip goes behind the kick panel and the kick panel goes down in the outside fold, you can weld it on through the holes or put a couple sheet metal screws in it. also your have your kick panel down behind the toe board it goes to the inside down in the little grove.

Is this right.
The clips will need some trimming around the boss in the floor
1st picture is left side 2nd & 3rd are right side

Here is some photos of one in its original location:

I welded in the replacements. Isn't it nice that you can get good reproductions of obscure parts like these?

I took this picture to show the body date stamping, something I hadn't seen before. This is a 31 Delux Tudor, but the panel clip shown is probably the same as your Fordor.
