Ford Script Tail light lenses
Quote:
According to the December 1st, 1933 parts catalog from England, the Ford script tail light lenses (part number AE-13450) are for Fords from 1929 through 1932. Here are the page references from the Ford parts book from London: ....and here is a close up of two original Ford script tail light lenses: Hope that answers your question. Re: Ford Script Tail light lenses
When you find a bunch more of those, be sure to send them stateside. Seen one at a swapmeet afew years ago, but thought it was aftermarket and sis not buy it. Rod

Re: Ford Script Tail light lenses
Rod,
I have been "hording" these Ford script tail light lenses for at least the past 15 years.....and so far have only found these two (see photo above)! .....so apparently they are quite scarce. The Ford script is cast into the back side of the lenses. Fordially, Brad in Germany |

I have never seen any others like it, and more notably neither had any of the 25 members of the MAFCGB that were also wandering about the museum, at least not the ones I talked to. Another mystery (to me anyway) solved. Regards Andrew |
