Re: Block leak help, Lending a hand!!!
I took the block to MIke at H&H Flatheads and he said it would not be a problem to fix the crack. Mike is also going to seal the block and build a running engine for me.

Re: Block leak help, Lending a hand!!!
Did some more cleaning and re tested left bank. # 5&8 intake leaking from guide sleeve down to lifter bore, can’t tell if leak is under guide sleeve or not, have not checked other side seems if it goes under guide would be impossible to repair.

To me, I'd not invest the time and money that H&H is going to want to build an engine with that block - just wouldn't do it. Take the time to find another block and sleep at night - with more money in your wallet in the end.

Exactly - very expensive, but Belzona can’t be beat.
