1932 v-8 motor
what should i look for to identify a true 1932 v-8 ford motor? motor number,piston size.etc

Very easy , it is the only flathead ford that the water drain petcocks in the front side of the block point straight down . All other flatheads they are angled out from the block. Also the front of the block between water outlets & timing cover is flat with no indentations or cavitys. There are many other differences but these two make it so easy to identify. Look for the thread I have started as in the near future I hope to have pictures on it as I reassemble this engine getting it ready to sell.
