Default Nasty door hinge repair-Pic

Don't know who, don't know when, but here's something for my to-do list.
Door hangs low and will close and half latch but does not fully latch.
I think I can save the hinges.
Thought some of you would get a kick out of see it.
Just getting it on the road and don't want to stop driving it just yet.
Think this will make a good fall/winter project.
