intake manifold
Hi all.Do you apply gasket sealer to the manifold when installing the intake manifold on the engine,or without any at all. Thanks Coolcoupe

Nah, there's no need. No water pressure under there. Just torque the bolts down good and use a good gasket. If you put a bunch 'a glue on it you will just ruin the gasket next time you pull it. (I guess I'm assuming your the stock flattie and not some hopped up facsimile of on)...slim

I apply a thin coating of chassis lube on both sides. Works for me.
