Default recovering password

Gang, if a member has lost/forgotten his password, what is the easiest way to recover it? Thanks.

If they can remember their user name then there should be "forgot password" when they go to log in and can reset. If they are using FireFox, click on the 3 bars upper right corner. That will open a drop down, click on Passwords.
