Default 1931 Deluxe Vs STD Coupe

What constitutes a Deluxe Coupe vs a standard? Cowl lights vs not, twin tail lights vs one, side mount spare vs rear? I know the trim inside is different but what about the outside?
Thanks,

I have always thought the tell tale item is that the interior light is in the center of the interior roof and can be felt for thru the headliner by softly pressing on the headliner to see that it is a DeLuxe Coupe or not.

Cowl lights can be installed at any time as well as a side mount which doesn't prove it is an original DeLuxe!

Thanks,
I don’t think any Model A’s came from the factory with dual taillights in the US, deluxe or standard. The RG & JS probably define this.

I didn't think the DeLuxe Coupe had a side mounted spare.I know the DeLuxe Roadster went back to the rear mounted spare for 31.

Deluxe Coupe came with the following :

Mahogany grained mouldings
Buttons in seat seams
If rumble seat was added it had brown artificial leather

Check the standards but I believe cowl lights were an option on standard cars.

Don't know if this helps, but it is the Sales Brochure for the 1930 Ford Model A.
