1937 defroster question
I've been caught out in rainy weather, and my 37 fogs up really badly. I was thinking about adding a defroster to the hot water heater in my car. I notices the MACs has defroster nozzles for a 39-40. Does anyone know if these are a close enough fit to work in a 37?

Re: 1937 defroster question
IMHO, even if they do fit, it's probably not worth the effort. The "defroster" feature in my '40 with original heater is about as effective as an old lady breathing on the windshield. I just carry a roll of paper towels in the car. I believe Rain-X makes an anti-fogging product that might be another option.

Re: 1937 defroster question
They are not even close. The 37 style is skinny (half inch) and wide (about 6 inches wide as it attaches to the cowl). It then is about 4 inches long before it becomes a round orifice for the defroster hose. The 37 diffuses better than the 40 style.
