Default Rear Sub Rail Cross Bar

What brackets (if any) am I missing to mount the rear sub rail cross bar to the rails?

But the sub rails are flat (parallel to the ground) and the ends on the cross bar is vertical..

The ends of the subrails slide into the two tabs on each side.
