That block is being pressure-tested. There is an air bubble (soapy water) coming from the crack between the valve seat and the cylinder. Visual reason for pressure testing a block before investing big bucks. DD

I had one pinned or pluged about 2 yrs ago, still seem fine today no antifreeze loss. At least I know what I have. I watch it constantly.
