That is absolutely amazing.....first for its quality as a replica.

Now imagine it in the context of the day.......an "infernal contraption" "terrorizing the byways" of 1896.

What a fantastic piece of work - then and now!

Thanks for posting. This would be quite a project even with todays tools and Henry did it without a calculator or computer 117 years ago. Amazing.

Was there no need to cool that engine? I didn't see anything to facilitate that.

Looks to me like the cooling worked on the same principle as the Model T. Look at the copper tubing coming out the top of the cylinders to the copper tank under the seat and the copper pipes coming back under the cylinders. No water pump needed, used the thermal syphon (spelling) principle.

That's neat-----exactly what I need to cruise the neghborhood with. That would also be good competition with my neighbor's single horse surry.
