Default Engine not turning, looks clean

I started to work on the family Model A that has been sitting in the garage for 15-20 years. I tried to turn the motor by hand with it in neutral, starter off, spark plugs off but no luck. When I dropped the pan, the motor looks SUPER clean. I don’t know what would be most likely reason for it not turning.

That was going to be my next step. Right after posting, I went out on my lunch break pried on the flywheel and saw a little movement from the fan! It’s still a bit hard to turn by hand, but I think sitting with MMO for another 24 hours will make it a little easier.

Anyone else ever asked for help, only to try to reproduce the problem with Help watching and everything works? I feel like that was me just now!

Let it sit with the MMO in the cylinders for as long as you can. The rings are probably 'stuck' to the walls and pistons.

With the spark plugs out, try squirting oil in the cylinders.

This is a video worth watching:

Hasn't that already been done ? The MMO has been in for awhile.

Remove the distributor and put some MMO or light oil down the hole there, it will get to the bearings.

I agree with J Franklin, REMOVE the distributor. An upper frozen bushing will prevent you from turning over engine.

Most likely Patrick is right (post # 4), the rings and pistons are stuck. Use a bore scope or a strong light to inspect the cylinder walls for rust. If there is rust your best bet is to take the engine apart. Start with removing the head.
