Default Vintage Flathead Hotrod Engines - Ahhhh - the sound!

Just fired up the ole' 32 FlatCab - going to be having some fun at various Columbus GoodGuys events this weekend. I've built a lot of engines . . . including some big supercharged/blown beasts, turbo motors, blown alky motors, road/track engines, etc..

But - there is still nothing like the sound of a good ole' built flathead . . . not bad for two dinky Stromberg carbs on gas . . .

https://youtu.be/p8ay3IkefVw

Enjoy!

Wow, that's some great sweet music, thats why I didn't get my radio fixed, I just like listening to the sounds of the flathead running.

No problem in the least - that thread covers a lot of information and has a lot of extraneous comments to sift through. Guys who are really into flatheads might find it interesting.

Thanks and take care!
