Default 1940 column shift clip

Question guys.
The clip that goes on the top of the shift tube(under the steering wheel) came off on my coupe.
The factory diagram shows a part number of 7242.
Are these available repro?
Also the diagram show something under it,part no 351341-s.
This is a washer I assume.
But is it a wave washer or flat washer?
Thanks for the help

There is a thin wave washer beneath the circlip.
I don't believe they have ever been reproduced.
In the past, when I have needed one, I have utilized the clip that holds the brake lever to the shoe. I had to grind a bit of material from the top of the clip so it would fit the column.
