I wasn’t able to attend International Model A Day at The Gilmore this fall, but a friend who was there tells me there were two vendors there with nicely restored gas tanks. Can anyone tell me who these guys were? I’m trying to find a GOOD early ‘28 gas tank.

Kay Lee from the Central Illinois A's was sell very good original Gas Tanks at that swap meet.

It was likely me. I pretty much covered the place multiple time, and I sold a couple of restored tank, one being John Duden from here. It might be that he saw one of the ones I sold setting in another space however I think I was the only one with restored gas tanks there.

Thot John Duden and Don Turley had a later tank. It did no sell. Gary
