Default Rear turn signals -47 Ford Cpe-HOW ??

I am stumped??? 7-wire turn signal; where do I splice in the left & right rear turn signal wire's? They should work of the brake light wire, NO!!!! Some one draw me a simple diagram? Thank you kindly......Dave

Each switch can be different.

Your brake lights are now on one wire from the brake switch that light up both rear lights. The load side of the brake switch will now go to the signal light switch on the column. There is a separate wire from the signal switch that goes to each rear brake light. You might just as well to abandon the brake light wires and run new ones from the signal switch to each rear brake light.

I put these vintage turn signals in my back window to avoid all of that rewiring. They work great (had to wire to a flasher to get them to blink). I've seen them for sale on ebay since I bought mine there.
