Default where to get 1952 Ford Truck motor mounts?

I have been searching several vendors and cannot seem to find a complete motor mount assembly (239 flathead). I see the rubber parts for the 52 mounts but not assembly. So I thought I would ask the experts for options. Is there anyone that sells the assembly? Can I use an earlier year assembly and get away with it or do I have to make modifications?
Thanks in advance
Jeff

Not sure what you mean by an "assembly"? Do you have a 6 cylinder truck or a V-8 truck?

You need the 52 only mounts. I believe Dennis Carpenter has them. Don't let anyone try to tell you different. Wish I had a picture so you could see the difference in the frame itself

Looks like LMC has at least some of the parts. http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fa/full.aspx?Page=85

8L indicates a Lincoln part originally. The 50 & 51 Mercury cars used a similar mount and it was also used as a front mount on some of the 6-cylinder engine applications for pickups & trucks so they changed the part number. Ill have to check my parts catalogs to find the new number.

Yes these are the rubber parts of the mount. The problem is I do not have all of the metal parts that these rubber mounts go with. That is why I was asking if I could find a whole assembly or parts to make up the the whole assembly. I only have the parts that are in the pictures I posted links to. Or if I can use substitutions. I called macs and they use to have a whole assembly but it has been discontinued. Maybe it is a combination of parts from the LMC links that you posted?
Hey thanks for the help!!

Best bet is to advertise on the FTE site, as quickly as those guys are shucking their flatheads, someone has to have them.

Try www.steelerubber.com/restoration-parts. My mounts from them came as complete kit. Don't know if they'd have yours.

I can't speak for the 1952 F series but I can for the Mercury set ups that I am more familiar with. The special step shank bolts are no longer available unless you luck into some NOS parts from a collector/dealer. I use aircraft bolts with the correct size bushing to fit inside the mount bushings to set the clamp up tension. Washers are a large area type that can be sourced through special hardware sources or possibly McMaster Carr or the like. When I purchase used stuff, it is generally pretty well corroded so used is a hit or miss source. If from western dry states, the parts might still be good.

try John's Salvage in Seguin Tx.. (830) 379-2092 i was out there yesterday and he still has some 52 & 53 trucks out there and may have the mount that bolts to the motor... also try Baxter's Ford Parts in Lawrence, Kansas.... (785) 842-9256 ............ this what it looks like but this one is for a later model truck although you might be able to modify this one and have it work..... http://www.macsautoparts.com/ford_tr...-and-f250.html

That's for '53 and later.

The '52-ONLY mount looks very similar to the 48-51 truck mounts, two rubber biscuits, but it has different diameters and different bolts to accommodate the mountings for the new-for-52 215 6-cylinders. Nothing else will work correctly. I'll take a picture of mine, if needed I can take one apart and measure the bolt, washers, etc.
