Default Atlas tire tubes

Does anyone know what year this could be from. I'm thinking pre 1980. The rubber feels like it was just made

Not sure about the year, but Standard Gas Stations carried Atlas brand parts.

Standard, Esso and Imperial Oil. At the time they were the best and most expensive on the market. If you google it will say best on the market.
