Default Model A exhaust manifold heater

Can anyone help me identify this exhaust manifold heater? I can't find any identifying marks of it. It looks straight, uncracked and usable. I need to either find the top section or have a good look at an original so I can make one. Anyone out there experienced with this heater?

I've got two, one with a top and one without. The tops are cast also but you could make a sheet metal one. I don't post photos but could take a picture and snailmail it to you.
