rear spring spreader
I have two K R Wilson spring spreaders and have never used them. I have
read on this forum that they are dangerous and might kill someone. Is this true, please advise. thanks, Carl |

Re: rear spring spreader
It's not the spring spreaders that will harm you, it's the spring itself.

KR Wilson made tools are the strongest and most purpose built/job specific for Fords of any such tools ever made. As said, it is the spring that will hurt us, not a properly used tool. I'm not sure that a 'foolproof' tool can/could ever be made, but KRW most likely came closest. You are lucky guy to have such good equipment for such a dangerous job, IMO |
