Early 1928 left hand tail light wiring
Helping a friend with an early '28 with wiring. His car has the forged iron tail light bracket that bolts to the lower rear of the body. Our question is, does the wiring harness use some kind of clips to hold it to the bracket as it goes to the light, or does it just hang free?

Yes, two special clips were used to secure the tail lamp wire to the mounting bracket. New ones are available through most parts vendors.

Yes, Gary is correct. I have a 1928 (March), and mine is held in place with at least one spring-steel clip.
