Talking carb

I recently purchased a carburetor off Amazon with the name Henkyo which looks like a clone of a Holly 94, is anybody familiar with these carbs.

Been a few threads about these off shore carbs. Some, few, posts actually deal with experience with them. You will have to sift through a lot of other stuff.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the Carpenter 94 is not a Henkyo. Different carbs.

Seth has it right, the Dennis Carpenter carburetor is a high quality reproduction of the Holley. I have friends who purchased new Carpenter carburetors with good results.

The Henkyo is visibly a cheap reproduction. They are not the same quality.

I think the attraction is price. Carpenter $500 and Henkyo $139 ! I saw them too, but went with Carpenter. Made in USA and very good quality and very good service.
