Manifold heater: This is a (period) after market product that attaches to to the manifold and provides heat to the interior of the car via a oval hole that is
cut into the firewall. It has three parts that attach and are made up of sheet metal. Looking for a complete unit or parts.

I've got 1 or 2 nos, Arvin heaters - these have floor vents, not hole in firewall.

This New Old Stock complete setup is a bit different in details than you describe, are you trying to match holes already in the car?
