Default shock oil

When filling the shocks on an A what is the procedure? Do you fill to the top of the fill hole and does the shock arm need to be all the way up or down or in any other particular position? Thanks

Hold shock horizontal and fill the inner cavity completely with fluid.,Once you have completely installed cover in the proper position, seals etc.Lastly, snug the steel lock ring up against the O-ring,if you have completely rebuilt the shock, otherwise, just remove filler plug and fill! arm position dosen't matter.
