Default Eckler Hack?

Just received an email confirming an order I didn't make. Checked my credit cards, no charges. Maybe don't click any links if you receive one (fishing scam). Call from the number on their website.

Email was for a part I ordered years ago to an old address.

Thanks for the heads up. I just received an email message that I purchased something also.
I‘ll call Ecklers on Monday. Thanks.

Yesterday I also received confirmation on 4 orders for parts that I made about 4 years ago and the parts orders were completed. I am calling Eckler's on Monday morning to get these orders cancelled.

I got one too, for some "Speed-Bleeders" that I checked out on Ecklers for the best price (they didn't have it). I think this is a computer "glitch" that turned some inquiries into orders. I checked all of my credit card accounts and nothing was charged.

Email received today from Eckler's:

Valued Eckler’s Customer,

We sincerely apologize for the order confirmation that you’ve received below. Unfortunately it was due to a system error and there is nothing further needed on your end. At this time you have not been charged and the order is not being shipped. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Thank you

I figured this was a matrix glitch. Don't click on anything you don't know is real.
