Default Stainless grill trim on a 1937 pickup

My pickup didn't have any stainless on the grill when I got it. I ordered a trim kit from Drake, but they don't include hardware. What kind of hardware did they use? My 1936 grill used a wire type spring which is available. Looking for the proper fastener. Thanks
