Default later model F250 wheelbase

Help a'll please. I am trying to find wheel base dimensions for ford F250 years from about 1978 to 1986. And has anyone mounted their 1949 body on a late model running gear? What is involved?
Thanks!

You need to look at a lot more than the wheelbase. You may find that just about everything else is incompatible if care about final appearance.

I've seen '48 thru '52 style truck bodes on Ranger frames. The fit was very good. I think the wheelbase on said trucks were the same as a Ranger. Don't think the full sized truck to old style body would fit to good but, anything can be done with enough time and money.
