Thanks and thanks for posting these. I found your write up on posting pictures in another thread. Nice instructions.

From what I read it seems the pictures needed to be resized.
I'll try that next time.

Pat
Glad to help, Pat. I'm glad that someone found that write-up worthwhile. It took some time to put that together, trying not to overlook ANY pertinent detail.

Like I believe I said in my instructions, many times just e-mailing the pictures to yourself resizes them to a more appropriate size. DD

Well now, it would seem that my original observation of '38 was correct, the 38 is a modified car.

Yup, that fire extinguisher and seat belts are just a little much for a "family-type" forum! DD

It's some sort of a cover, I have not remove it yet to take a look at the battery. From what I can see there are studs attached to the cover that go through the firewall and have nuts on them from the interior side.

There were a couple of acorn nut covers over the cable ends for dress up that I removed to keep a battery tender on it for now.

I was told the car was rarely driven, more of a trailer queen. That's changing under my watch. The generator doesn't keep up with the few modern electronics so switching over to an alternator that looks like a generator is in the cards. Probably get that done in the spring.
